An Off the Shelf Product: Easing the Hatred of Selling.

No development, no APIs, no integration, no 3rd party interactions. A stand alone solution.

The whatsupdocs product, Selling For People Who Hate Selling, is a ready to use package complete with an entirely new way of managing a sale and a classic array of marketing and business tools that will make a difference to your business and its position in the marketplace. Using this book and the tools there-in, should highlight where you can mitigate and work up your edge. We show how this edge can emerge and how it might expose the 1 or 2 things you do better than anyone else.

The challenges of executing the fundamentals of business need not be daunting or steeped in mystery. There are no secrets. Anywhere. Own by anyone. Critical processes require simple skills which can be learned and, importantly, effective.

The Exchange of Value technique can be used in marketing and selling capacity as integrated tools. If you concentrate on how value evolves over a period of time, in a sales campaign for instance

One of the most powerful features within our offering, is mitigation. This an aspect of managing business that effectively keeps you competitive. Everything can be mitigated following analysis of your business strategy and what might be needed to grow. It’s rarely presented or discussed in courses, mentoring, coaching and management.

We’ve designed our products to do just that. We use a framework called ‘The Exchange of Value’. This isn’t unique to us or anyone else. It’s what happens when someone buys something. However, we’ve developed simple steps that allow any sale to be managed from start to finish without you having to ‘sell’. Because of mitigation, you should be able to craft a superior proposition.

The process allows the application of analysis tools that take the concept of value, through four stages; Value, Added Value, Augmented Value/Customised Value and Superior Value. Superior value is what people buy. This framework defines the concept and process of the Exchange of Value. It’s not only a framework but also a means to understand your edge and how it applies throughout the sale.

We’ve placed an emphasis on finding your Edge. It may not be easy and will probably need constant revising. However, finding an edge and folding into a plan along with other performance assets could make a big difference to any business.
